Dear Jennifer,
I could not have been happier with Jennifer Manger’s service as my lawyer. I could not recommend the firm more highly. They handled my SSDI case very professionally. Barbara Comerford knows the process inside and out and as such is an invaluable resource. She is also very knowledgeable about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which is notoriously hard to get approved for benefits. She and her staff were responsive, knowledgeable and great to work with. Dear Barbara,
I reached out to Barbara Comerford’s practice on the recommendation of some of her other clients whom I happen to know. I worked with Jennifer Manger to create my electronic claim for Social Security Disability, and she made the process easy. Any kind of legal action can be quite intimidating and confusing for a lay person, but they demystify the process, communicate well, and get results. My claim was approved a little faster than I expected and could have been so much harder!

Dear Barbara,
On February 9 of 2008, as a professional on-ice official in the NHL, I suffered a severe, career-ending injury by getting kicked in the face by an ice skate during a Ranger/Philadelphia Flyer game. At the time of the injury, I didn’t know how severe it was, and then later found out I probably would never be able to work again. I happened to go into a deep depression, had terrible headaches from the concussion, and thought my life as I was used to was over.

One day, a good friend of mine named Steven Cuccinelli had a friend off his who was severely injured in his line of work and recommended to me that I should try to get in touch with this very strong, but also kind and caring attorney named Barbara Comerford. I took his advice and reached out and set up appointment with Barbara. My face was six feet into the mud at the time, thinking my life was over. I had a wife and three kids, and nowhere to turn. At my first appointment, Barbara made me feel better right from the moment I stepping into the office. She gave me a little bit of hope at a time I thought everything was over; she helped me see a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel with her professional experience and confidence in her ability to help people under these circumstance. She made me feel better because of the warmth and kindness and love that she puts into her clients to make them feel comfortable and at ease, knowing that things will get better as time goes on.

After I left that meeting with Barbara, I went home and I followed, to the best of my ability, the instructions she advised me on how to start the process. Even when it was very difficult for me to even get out of bed, Barbara took the time to contact me, encourage me, and give me the push that I needed with her kindness, and let me know that if I followed her directions, everything would be OK. I tried my hardest to do everything she asked me to do, and as time went on, with her guiding me on the right path, things started to get better.
